The Waterbury House’s creative twist on mid-century modern was inspired by the concept of living beautifully in timeless luxury.
Design
The singularly tapered structure is a modern homage to the renowned Flatiron Building of 1902 in Manhattan.
Our goal: to usher in a new style that would bring fresh perspective to the classic design elements. Through this lens, we sought to achieve a warm sophistication that was enhanced by the stunning lake views, which play off our myriad of indulgent finishes throughout. In this, we believe we have succeeded.
